RRG Buyer Map

Josh Benson, Regenerative Research Group | October 2026

As of Oct 16, 2026

RRG supplies licensed clinics with perinatal tissue products, along with a four-phase program that runs from onboarding through to clinical support.

This map counts the US clinics in eleven specialties and says who usually decides at each. Ten named people to start with follow the table.

Clinics across the eleven specialties

about 50,000

Each clinic counted once, even when it sits in two rows.

Clinics worth reaching, specialty by specialty

Rounded counts of US practices. A clinic can sit in more than one row, so the rows add up to more than the total above.

Where to start

Start where RRG's own cases start

RRG's deck builds its worked cases on orthopedics and sports medicine, the men's or women's wellness clinic and the longevity clinic. Orthopedics alone holds about 11,000 practices, and the wellness row, where men's and women's wellness and longevity clinics sit, holds about 3,800. The owner physician and the practice administrator are the first call in each.

Reach the owner and the lead provider together

RRG pitches its Standard support at clinics with someone who will own the build, and its intake asks who else decides for the clinic. So outreach goes to the owner and to the provider who would run the service, together.

How to read the counts

  1. Each count is distinct practices. One legal name in one state counts once, so a group with many sites counts once in each state it works in.
  2. The rows overlap. A clinic that offers aesthetics and weight loss sits in both rows; the total at the top counts it once.
  3. Rows counted from a clinic's registered name miss clinics that trade under a plain business name, so those rows are floors. The table says which.
  4. Each row was checked on a sample of at least 25 of its practices, read from the practice name and registered specialty, before it was used. The neurological and wellness rows are adjusted by what their samples showed, and the total with them.
  5. Where most are ranks states by where each row's counted practices are registered.

Built from public federal provider records, a count of clinic websites and RRG's own materials. Counts rounded. Provider records as of July 2026, clinic websites read October 2026.
